Vedant’s manufacturing facility is equipped with state of the art technology to ensure stringent quality controls. Our production processes involve precise control of reaction parameters by PLC control systems. With real-time reaction monitoring and advanced filtration systems, not only do we guarantee consistent product quality, our dyes achieve high purity and very low salt content. This results in reduced wastage for dye-houses and superior performance in terms of fastness, solubility at lower temperatures, and migration on PVC.
